How do I register for ICRA’s Fall Conference for November 8th?

Registration with Check or Cash Payment

• Download the Fall Conference Brochure
• Complete the Registration Form
• Make check payable to Indiana Cancer Registrars Association
• Mail both the registration form AND payment to: Indiana Cancer Registrars Association c/o Mandi Kraushaar, 840 S 650 E, Angola, IN 46703

 Registration with Credit Card Payment

• Select your Registration Type AND Submit the on-line Fall Conference Registration Form
• Add your Registration Type to the Cart and Make a Payment  **There will be a processing fee**
